This course shows you how the business model really works: how product gets marked up from cost to wholesale to retail, how to price tiers and set minimum order quantities, how to land and grow retail accounts from independents to big-box chains, and how to manage the inventory, freight, and cash conversion cycle that separate profitable distributors from broke ones. You will work real numbers throughout, learn the named platforms and tools the trade uses, and finish able to model a wholesale deal, pitch a buyer, and keep the back end from sinking the front end.
