This course treats a wedding venue as an asset that must produce return, not a pretty barn that happens to host parties. You will model startup and carrying costs, price all-inclusive versus dry-hire packages with real margin targets, fill the calendar across peak and off-peak dates, and earn revenue from preferred-vendor programs and on-site upsells. Worked examples use actual booking counts, per-event revenue, and seasonal occupancy so every framework applies to a venue you could open in the next year.
