Course Overview

What this course is designed to develop

Portrait Photography: Light, Direction, and Connection is a practical intermediate course covering everything from natural window light and on-location setups through studio strobe configurations, posing and directing real people, and retouching and delivering finished galleries. Each module builds on the last, moving from the technical foundations of portrait-specific optics and metering through the interpersonal skills that separate good portraits from memorable ones. You will finish with a complete client workflow you can use immediately for paid portrait sessions.
