What this course is designed to develop

This course teaches the non-clinical side of running an outpatient physical therapy or rehabilitation clinic: how to code and bill therapy correctly under the 8-minute rule, how to template a schedule that keeps therapists productive without overbooking, how to track functional outcomes that satisfy payers and impress referrers, and how to build a referral engine that does not depend on one physician.
