Course Overview

What this course is designed to develop

This course teaches non-technical employees, team leads, and new managers to run real work in Microsoft Teams with no prior experience. You will design a team-and-channel architecture (including standard, private, and shared channels), set up meetings end to end with agendas in the chat, recording and transcription, breakout rooms, and Loop-style notes, manage files in the SharePoint document library that sits behind every team, and extend channels with tabs, apps, and approvals. Every lesson ends with a concrete build step on a sample team and a worked example you can copy onto your own workspace, plus clear guidance on when a channel, when a chat, when a meeting, and when a quick recording is the right move.
