Course Overview

What this course is designed to develop

This beginner course teaches knowledge workers, managers, analysts, and small-business owners on a Microsoft 365 Copilot license to get reliable, business-grade results from Copilot rather than vague text. You will learn how Copilot grounds answers in your own Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint content through the Microsoft Graph, write the four-part prompts that consistently produce usable output, and apply Copilot inside Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and Copilot Chat. Each lesson is built around named features, exact ribbon and menu paths, real numbers, and a worked example you run on a live file, inbox, or meeting as you go, with explicit guidance on verifying every output before you trust it.
