Course Overview

What this course is designed to develop

This course replaces random cooking with a repeatable loop: plan, shop, prep, rotate. You will build meals around a small core-recipe rotation, price them by cost-per-serving, and shop a categorized list that kills impulse spending. The prep modules teach batch cooking, component prep, and the cook-once-eat-twice method, then lock in food-safety storage times and a FIFO rotation system so almost nothing in your fridge gets thrown away. By the end you can run a 2-3 hour weekly prep session that feeds one person or a family for five to seven days.
