What this course is designed to develop

This course teaches knowledge workers, owners of small businesses, and Workspace admins to operate Google Gemini as a co-pilot built directly into Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, and Meet rather than as a separate chatbot. You learn the difference between the Gemini app and the side panel, how to write prompts that produce usable first drafts, how to ground Gemini in your own files with the @-file picker, and how to analyze data and build charts in Sheets without formulas. Every lesson ends with a copy-ready prompt and a worked before-and-after example, plus the privacy, data-governance, and accuracy guardrails (data-residency, no model training on Workspace content, fact-checking) that make AI defensible in a business account.
