Course Overview

What this course is designed to develop

Most failed paint jobs fail in prep, not application. This course walks you through a professional-grade exterior repaint from wash to final coat, with specific product picks, mil-thickness targets, dew-point math and caulk-joint sizing. You finish able to spec materials, prep a real wall, and decide confidently between brushing, rolling and spraying.

Learning Outcomes

What the learner should be able to understand, build, or execute.

01

Diagnose existing siding and coating failures before buying any material

04

Choose exterior paint and caulk by sheen, resin and joint movement class

05

06

Apply finish coats by brush, roller and HVLP/airless sprayer at the right film build
