Course Overview

What this course is designed to develop

This course walks you through the documents and decisions that determine who cares for your children, who makes your medical and financial choices if you cannot, and who inherits what you own. Using real instruments, current dollar thresholds, and worked examples, you will learn to assemble a complete starter estate plan, coordinate beneficiary designations so they do not contradict your will, and decide when a revocable living trust is worth the cost. By the end you will have a working plan you can execute and a calendar for keeping it current.
