Course Overview

What this course is designed to develop

This course teaches the business side of operating a licensed electrical contracting company across residential, commercial, and light-industrial work. You will learn labor-unit estimating and plan takeoffs, competitive bid versus negotiated work, true labor-burden and overhead recovery, crew scheduling and productivity tracking, permits, inspections, and NEC compliance, and how to read a job-cost report and a monthly WIP schedule. Every module uses real numbers, named tools and standards, and worked examples you can copy.
