What this course is designed to develop

Cookie Decorating teaches the royal icing craft the way working cookiers actually do it: by controlling icing consistency, piping pressure, and dry time rather than guessing. You will outline and flood, run wet-on-wet marbling and feathering, apply airbrush and stencil layers, and assemble 3D and stacked cookies. Every technique is tied to specific measurements, tools, and troubleshooting so your results are consistent batch after batch.
