What this course is designed to develop

This course teaches non-technical team members, coordinators, and new project leads to run real projects in ClickUp with no prior experience. You will lay out a clean Workspace hierarchy, create custom statuses and Custom Fields, schedule work with start and due dates and dependencies, view it on Gantt and Calendar, and cut repetitive steps with Automations triggered by status changes. Every lesson ends with a concrete build step on a sample project and a worked example you can copy onto your own Workspace, plus honest guidance on what the Free Forever plan includes and when ClickUp is overkill versus a simple list.
