What this course is designed to develop
This course teaches recruiters, HR generalists, hiring managers, and founders to operate ChatGPT and Claude as a recruiting and HR co-pilot rather than a black box. You learn to write bias-checked job descriptions, screen and shortlist candidates against criteria you control, build structured interview kits with scoring rubrics, and generate onboarding plans and HR documents fast. Every lesson ends with a copy-paste prompt and a worked before-and-after example, plus the legal and fairness guardrails (EEOC, bias audits, PII handling) that keep AI-assisted hiring defensible.
