You will compare the mobile van and the fixed-bay shop on startup cost, scheduling, and margin, then build a three-tier menu (maintenance wash, full detail, paint correction and ceramic coating) anchored so most clients pick the middle. You will calculate your real cost per producing hour, price every package and add-on off it, and stop losing money on "good deals." Finally you will design a monthly membership that smooths cash flow and pitch dealer reconditioning and commercial fleet contracts that book your empty Tuesdays. By the end you can pick a model, set a menu, quote a job in two minutes, and build the recurring and contract revenue that makes the business worth owning.
