What this course is designed to develop
Most brands stand up an ambassador program, hand out a discount code to a few hundred fans, and then wonder why nothing happens. This course teaches the operator's craft: how to identify the customers who already advocate, how to structure tiers and incentives that pull non-monetary as well as monetary levers, how to recruit and onboard so members actually post in the first 14 days, and how to track reach, EMV, and referral revenue without fooling yourself. You will leave able to launch a program on a real platform, write tier and reward rules tied to the behaviours you want, run a 30-day activation sequence, and read the metrics that separate a living community of advocates from a dead member list.
