Course Overview

What this course is designed to develop

Most people use Airtable like a prettier spreadsheet, then wonder why it gets messy fast. This course teaches the one idea that makes Airtable powerful: it is a relational database, so a contact, a product, or a project is stored once and linked everywhere it is needed instead of being copied across tabs. You learn the real field types, build linked tables with rollups and lookups, design the views you actually check each day, filter and group records into dashboards, and automate repetitive work so the base maintains itself. Everything uses Airtable's real features, including the 20-plus field types, Grid, Kanban, Calendar, and Gallery views, linked records, rollups, lookups, formulas, filters, grouping, interfaces, and automations.

Learning Outcomes

What the learner should be able to understand, build, or execute.

01

Build linked Airtable tables for projects, inventory, contacts, and finances instead of disconnected spreadsheets

02

Choose the right field type for every column, including single select, linked record, formula, rollup, and lookup

03

Connect tables with linked records and surface live data with rollups and lookups

04

Create Grid, Kanban, Calendar, and Gallery views with filters, sorts, and grouping for daily dashboards

05

Automate recurring work with Airtable automations, triggers, and actions including scheduled and record-based runs

06

Build a clean, shareable Interface and import or export data without breaking the structure
